From Fallout 3, Dr. Li is your dad's old squeeze and the main figure attempting to un-pollute the DC Ruins' toxic water. Trained from about 40 screengrabs from a minimally-modified game. Apparently she's in Fallout 4, but I didn't train anything from that game.
