Base models vary in their ability to generate pills, some perform poorly while others do better. However, I found it challenging to get many of them to create an entire object out of pills.
Lora XL Pills makes generated pills more realistic and also makes it easier to create objects entirely composed of pills.
The weight should be adjusted depending on the desired strength of the effect and the base model used; I've tested weights ranging from 0.6 to 1.6.
