It does what it says on the tin; Split-shot, Over-under or Half-in-Half-out. I don't think the style has a definitive name. Check the samples if you want prompt ideas.
Strength: If this is the only LORA, you can go anywhere from 0.6 - 1.0 and still get the intended effect. If this is amongst other LORAs, I'd keep in the 0.6 - 0.7 range.
Trigger: You can use "splitshot" if you want to, though it isn't really necessary.
