I have been using a weight of ~1 for most occasions and lowered it on some occasions to 0.7 - 0.8 if some outfits were giving me trouble.
SD 1.5
I recommend a weight of ~1.0 for the default outfit and maybe lowering it for other outfits if it doesn't behave. This lora seems to be a bit finicky.
