💥 Why This Exists (The Vanilla H3 Problem):

The Base Dilemma:

• fl2va has gorgeous contrast, clean skin tones, and cinematic lighting—but struggles with multi-image/reference conditioning.

• ref2va follows references great - but suffers from crushed shadows, high contrast, and dark banding.

⚡ The Solution: The Super-Hybrid:

We fused the best parts of the ecosystem into a single .safetensors file:

• S-Curve Hybrid Merge: Blocks 0–19 run 100% FL2VA (clean dynamic range & natural motion). Blocks 20–34 use a cubic smoothstep curve to transition seamlessly into Ref2VA (blocks 35–49) for deep reference tracking and character consistency.

• Dual Distillation Baked In: Merged with 0.85 × DMAD (full-critic high-frequency detail) + 0.333 × PDMD v6 (projected 4-NFE flow distillation). Zero LoRA setup required.

• Pruned INT8 ConvRot: Rank-8 curve AdaLN pruning + regular Hadamard outlier rotation. Lossless visual fidelity at under 19 GB.
