SWEAT — Perspiration & Glistening Skin Slider

Some like it hot. Others look like they've been questioned by the police for six hours.

SWEAT is a subtle, adjustable SDXL concept slider for adding perspiration to people and scenes, from a barely perceptible glisten to unmistakably sweaty skin, damp hair, and moisture-soaked clothing.

Unlike a general wetness effect, SWEAT tends to concentrate its attention where perspiration naturally appears: the forehead, temples, face, neck, and skin near the hairline. Hair may become damp around the face while remaining relatively dry elsewhere.

Perfect for athletes, summer heat, saunas, stage performers, hard labor, nervous television presenters, film noir interrogations, and anyone whose day has gone considerably worse than expected.

  • 0: Original checkpoint appearance.

  • +0.25: Subtle glistening. A little warmth, a little shine.

  • +0.50: Light perspiration.

  • +0.75: Noticeably sweaty.

  • +1.00: Properly sweaty. Someone fetch a towel.

  • +1.50: Heavy perspiration, with increasingly wet hair and clothing.

  • +2.00 and beyond: Experimental territory. Your subject may require drainage.

Recommended working range: +0.25 to +1.5, with +1 being a strong general-purpose setting.

SWEAT is deliberately sensitive. Small adjustments can make a meaningful difference, especially in close portraits.

At higher strengths, sweat may become exaggerated or begin resembling general wetness. Results vary with the checkpoint, subject, and prompt.

Tested with Juggernaut XL Ragnarok.

For when "under pressure" needs to be more than an expression.
