A couple of weeks ago I wanted to properly merge a couple of Anima checkpoints with actual control over what was happening under the hood.
I looked around and there was basically nothing out there. The closest thing was Arthemy's workflow (https://civitai.com/models/2071227/arthemy-merge-comfyui), which is honestly the best thing available right now and a solid community effort, but when I dug into the nodes' code I noticed several calculation errors that simply don't match the actual Anima documentation. Because of those math discrepancies, merges weren't 100% reliable or clean.
So I spent the last few weeks digging through Anima's architecture, checking how the DiT layers interact with the 6-layer llm-adapter bridge, and writing my own merge nodes from scratch to do the math properly.
Well... one thing led to another.
What started as a simple script to merge two models cleanly spiraled into building custom LoRA mergers, handling Diffusers-to-Comfy key conversions, fixing the ~20% corner scribble artifact bug, and solving CFG burns. Long story short: I ended up developing the full HaDeS Anima Suite (18 nodes in total), which is now live and published directly on ComfyUI.
This workflow is the merge studio example I built and used during that process.
What this workflow does
It lets you compare two Anima models side-by-side in real time using the exact same seed, prompt, and latent space:
Donor A preview
Donor B preview
Manual Block Merge (geometry, composition, identity, style, etc.)
Predictive Spectral Merge (auto-calculates the block ratios based on layer divergence so you don't have to guess)
It locks the llm-adapter to 0.0 by default so text comprehension doesn't break, features tiled VAE decoding so your VRAM doesn't explode, and includes a live telemetry box showing the computed recipe and similarity stats. There's also a muted saved merge node ready if you want to bake the result to disk.
Modern vs Classic Vanilla Theme (For the Purists)
The suite comes by default with custom canvas widgets (colored spectrum bars, live badges, and quick preset buttons). Hovering your mouse over almost any button, slider, or badge displays detailed technical explanations of what that specific layer or parameter does.
If you prefer the clean, standard ComfyUI look, you can switch back to Vanilla in two ways:
Per-node basis: Right-click any HaDeS node ---> HaDeS Suite ---> Disable UX (classic comfy view).

Global switch: Open ComfyUI Settings (the gear icon
ā), scroll down to HaDeS Suite and press the toggle "Force Classic ComfyUI Theme (Vanilla)"ON. This will instantly apply standard vanilla inputs across all 18 nodes.
How to install the nodes
You can grab the suite through any of these:
ComfyUI Manager (Easiest): Just open the Manager, go to Custom Nodes, search for HaDeS Suite (ID:
4086), and hit install. Or just drop this workflow JSON into ComfyUI and click Install Missing Custom NodesComfy CLI:
Bash
comfy-cli node install hades-anima-suiteGit clone:
Bash
cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes git clone https://github.com/Devildonia/HaDeS-Anima-Suite
Feedback and bug reports are welcome!
