保坂千尋 / ホッさん (Chihiro "Hossan" Hosaka) LoRA from 超巡！超条先輩 — 沼駿's super-power police comedy, serialised in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 2024 No.11 to 2025 No.28 (8 volumes) and on TV since 6 October 2026 (KTV / Fuji TV "火アニバル!!" slot, Arvo Animation).
The "smartphone guy": he wanders into the Chinpuku West koban because he has forgotten his phone password, and Chōjō's squad only ever calls him ホッさん, never his real name. A classic old-school drunk — necktie wrapped around his head, chubby, short, white collared shirt.
