A character LoRA for Hifumi with 3 outfits in one file: her default outfit and the Swimsuit and Racing outfits. Each outfit has its own trigger. All of them carry her: the long light-brown hair, the amber eyes and the yellow winged halo. Her hairstyle belongs to the outfit, so the twintails come with the default and swimsuit lines and the loose hair with the hairband comes with Racing. The kit line after the trigger pins the outfit; replace it with any other clothes and she wears those instead.

🧩 Version

• 🔵 v1.0 Anima — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0.

• 🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.

💡 Tips

• Racing works from the trigger alone: the race-queen dress, armband and hairband come with it. The kit line adds the gloves, headset and the black-and-white thighhighs reliably.

• The default and swimsuit kit lines keep the small pieces in place, like the yellow scrunchies and the round sunglasses on her head.

• Other outfits: use the default trigger hifumi \(blue archive\), drop the kit line and write the clothes you want, a sundress or a winter coat and scarf for example. Her hair, eyes and halo stay with every trigger.

• Weight 1.0 is where she sits best.

• Keep her to one character per image: with a second girl in frame, the other one can borrow her hair or kit.
