Rusalkas are swamp-dwelling, often malicious beings, who, one would assume, wears dresses. Honestly, I saw a nice a nice music CD cover, which inspired this LoRA, it needed a name and Rusalka Dress was it.

Play around with it, since on one hand, the hands like this pose, on the other, it's hard to balance between white dress with kelp and lilies, depending on a checkpoint.
