A neatly organized ComfyUI editing workflow for FLUX.3 Klein Base, with 10 reference slots, a vision prompt upsampler, optional LoRAs, layout boxes, mask compositing, and PW Color Tools.

Output defaults to approximately 2 MP. PW color correction is disabled by default, ready to enable when you want to grade your result.

Try the Joan of Arc demo

The download includes Joan and nine extra references: a castle, horse, cosmic sky, owl, cloak, lantern, butterfly, poppies, and crown.

All references start enabled. Keep the seed fixed, switch one off, and generate again to see its influence. Or start with the extras off and add them back one at a time.

Each switch removes both the reference image and its prompt instructions. Each reference also has an editable PROMPT ROLE, so you can replace the images and build your own scene.

Getting started

• Copy PW_Joan_Demo/ into ComfyUI/input/.

• Load PW_FLUX3_Klein_Base_Edit_WF_V2.json.

• Install the required models and node packs listed in the included README.

• Keep the vision upsampler enabled for the demo and check FINAL CAPTION.

When every extra reference is disabled, the workflow automatically uses the base caption without expansion.

Notes

• Uses 50 steps, CFG 3.5, Euler/simple, denoise 1 with the Base model.

• Ten references require more time and memory than one.

• The optional mask uses final compositing to preserve the resized source outside the mask.

• Reference changes can affect the whole composition. Check your results rather than expecting exact preservation.

• Model download links, installation folders, node repositories, and demo image credits are included in the README.
