Kylar is a fellow student who can be encountered from the second week onwards. He attends the local School on Oxford Street, where he's openly despised by the rest of the students attending there.
He serves as one of the player's potential love interests. Although he's initially introduced as being extremely shy, given enough time he'll begin to warm up to the player, eventually becoming possessive and obsessive to the point of being unsettling.
