Lilia Milcrabe – Viper F40 Series

Lilia Milcrabe is one of the two central protagonists of Sogna’s 1997 adult visual novel, Viper F40, and serves as a police detective investigating the mysterious disappearance of three people. Alongside her close friend Raika, a private detective who runs her own detective agency, Lilia follows the increasingly dangerous trail surrounding the missing persons case. What begins as a conventional investigation gradually becomes much more personal and dangerous when the people responsible begin targeting those connected to the investigation. Lilia is portrayed as a determined professional who refuses to abandon the case even after the investigation puts herself and the people around her at considerable risk. Her partnership with Raika forms the core of the investigation, with the two women combining their different professional perspectives to uncover what is really happening. Viper F40 was released for Windows in 1997 and distinguished itself within the Viper series through its longer, fully animated, fully voiced presentation and a more elaborate investigative storyline.

Lilia has a particularly recognizable 1990s anime character design, centered around her short rounded blue hair, thick layered bangs, long side locks, and light blue eyes. Her appearance combines the polished look of a professional detective with the highly stylized feminine character designs typical of late-1990s Japanese PC games.
