Every buckle has a story.

A character LoRA for Kuchiba, from the Planarcadia chapter of Honkai: Star Rail. The trigger kuchibahsr carries her — the shoulder-length ash-brown hair with lighter tips and the amber eyes with diamond-shaped pupils — and the kit line puts on her look: the long black coat with its buckled straps, the black turtleneck, black gloves and her earrings. Replace the kit line with any outfit and she wears that instead; hair and eyes stay.

💡 Tips

• Always paste the whole kit line — the trigger alone brings her face and hair, not the outfit.

• Outfits are steerable: drop the kit line and write another outfit — a winter coat and scarf, for example — and she keeps her hair and eyes.

• Keep her to one character per image — with a second girl in frame, the other one can borrow her hair or kit.
