In Comfyui first load your SDXL lightning (any variation) checkpoint model and connect it to Lora model and clip loader. Load the provided otter Lora. Adjust the settings to 0.5 for the model and 0.9 for the Positive Clip settings that you will describe as the positive prompt (like sittng at the Railway Station Office etc).
