Shriek, a Marvel Spider-Man villainess, debuting in Maximum Carnage (1993). As always, give me a day to get that sample gallery and refine prompts. Yeah, I know my suggested resources aren't compatible but give you some leads!
A brief intro for whippersnappers since she is a bit niche these days:
Frances Louise Barrison was mistreated by her mother for being overweight, driving her to drugs and leading to her later fixation on becoming a mother herself. She became a drug dealer, which exposed her to situations that ultimately damaged her sanity; namely, being shot in the head by a police officer, and being put in Cloak's Darkforce, which awakened Shriek's latent mutant abilities.
Shriek debuted at the start of the "Maximum Carnage" crossover. During Carnage's violent escape from the Ravencroft mental institution, he came across Shriek, who was also incarcerated and wished to join him. He freed her, and the pair embarked on a killing spree. They attracted the company of several other homicidal supervillains (Demogoblin, Doppelganger, and Carrion), and formed a "family," with Carnage and Shriek as the "parents" and the others as their "sons". The killers fight a number of heroes, led by Spider-Man, but succumbed to in-fighting
Being a mutant and following exposure to Cloak's Darkforce, Shriek has the ability to manipulate sound in a number of elaborate ways. She can harness it for destructive concussive force or use it to disorient and agitate her enemies. She can apparently hypersonically induce intense emotion in those around her (generating fear, hate, or despair). She also has moderate powers of levitation that she can use to make herself fly and possibly some low level of psionic ability.
She is able to sense the darkest side to a person's psyche so that she can use her powers to specifically manipulate that person's emotions.
There's an SD 1.5 lora of her from back in the day but I've never gotten good results out of anything older than Pony, so here's an IL of her! Also I can't believe there's like 10 loras of Carnage and that's it for his girlfriend. What can I say, I'm into the heavy metal crazy goth villainess thing, and I still get nostalgic about Maximum Carnage, which I'll regale ya on with one of my old man stories right after we get our excuse making and prompts out of the way.
28 samples from the Maximum Carnage run, so it'll be very 90's retro as a base. Shriek shows up in various other comics and TV since then, but she's inconsistent enough just in the original run, let alone trying to throw in things decades after. Even with Max Carnage, you've got 5 different Spider-Man runs, Spider-Man Unlimited, Web of Spider-Man, etc, who all draw her different (this used to drive me crazy trying to follow a storyline). My fav style was Spectacular Spider-Man, (and the issue I started with was Max Carnage #9 then worked my way back and forth) but we'll do an amalgamation.
One more excuse before we get started, the art style was very busy then, I mean you always had 50 things happening on a page, so its very difficult to get just straight samples of Shriek. So some of these you may have Carnage, Doppelganger, or Spiderman.
Ok, so, prompts:
Shriek has pale white skin, long black hair, blue eyes, and a single blue diamond facial mark over one eye. When she uses her powers the facial mark eye might be pure white. Depending on the artist she has either black or dark blue lipstick. She wears a black form fitting body suit with center opening and bare shoulders, earrings, bracelets, a hip belt and high heel boots with a heavy metal motif. She often wears a black high collar or gorget neckware. (No need to prompt it usually, but if you don't want it, use bare neck or neg out gorget)
She has cleavage for days, it WAS the 90s after all, so if you're worried about green/yellow buzz or that dreaded sexy attire tag, what not, I'd say neg it out. I forgot to put this in keywords, but I'd do SINGLE blue diamond facial mark and maybe neg out two facial marks or dual facial marks, if you're a stickler for accuracy. Specifying diamond helps with the shape BUT tends to give her big diamond earrings or jewelry, so you might try "diamond shape", or, sigh, even "rhombus". Portraits eyes are fine, but as usual the further we zoom out the more likely we are to get janky eyes, I'd suggest "detailed eyes" or "eye focus" if you can get away with it.
If you want to lean into the style, I'd suggest grainy paper, retro art style, comic, speech bubble (or neg that out). Energy blast or battle will likely get her using the sonic blasts. If you use grainy paper, I'd neg out pages, books, newspapers.
For Shriek, I'm going to expect inconsistency in her outfit and face marking (this is usually an AI thing) and we might need to use different prompts on her neckware. In these instances, I find its best just to let the lora do its job, but it depends on the prompt, character and clothes.
As mentioned, there's a few samples with Carnage, Doppelganger and Spider-Man, that couldn't be helped. If you want one, neg out the other two might help. I wouldn't count on this lora genning them reliably but certainly Spider-Man is popular enough you might get him just with prompts, and there's enough loras of the other characters, Doppelganger is basically monster six armed Spider-Man anyway. I tagged them by name, so if you're trying for something else and keep getting them, neg them out by name (I probably tagged him as Spiderman and not Spider-Man)
So's, why Shriek besides being hot and not having anything recent? Well aside from getting some more mainstream loras posted (such as it is), Maximum Carnage was the big thing in '93.
I started with Max Carnage #9, Spectacular Spider-Man, which IMO was the highlight of the series for me. I still think this is one of the great pages of all time, and its official Marvel, so you can't get after me for linking it!

For me I couldn't recall having such a huge cross-over (but then again I was a kid and this was before the internet for most people). Besides paving the way for so many things that came later, runs, movies, etc, the SNES Maximum Carnage game was also a hugely popular beat -em up around this time, that finally let us play as Venom.
Shriek shows up much less frequently than Carnage, the fact that she's sweet on a serial killer and often moonlights as one herself limits sympathy, but I was always interested in her mom obsession. On the surface it just reads as twisted, but her pathology is so intense she's able to get Carrion and Doppelganger to see her as their real mother. Carrion is one of those convoluted clone of a clone of some other guy with MPD villains and Doppelganger is nearly mindless, so its either an achievement or not that surprising, depending on your view I guess, I fall in the achievement lane.
