ららマジでは葉月さんはサービス終了前はきつい性格で嫌だなぁと思ってたけど、サービス終了後に徐々に好きになって今では好きですね。魔法少女服は一応学習させているが服が複雑なのと素材のなさで再現が難しかったので諦め。

熱しやすくて冷めやすい上に、行動や発言が自由奔放な小悪魔タイプ。その性格が周囲との軋轢を生むこともあるが、本人はあまり気にしていない。器楽部には先輩の梨花に誘われて何となく入部。しかし、部や楽器のことを悪く言われると、自分でも不思議なくらい腹が立つ。田舎の大きな旧家の長女だが、後継ぎは弟と決まっている。
部内でもかなりの美人でスタイルも中々のもの。左目下には泣きぼくろ。髪型は三つ編みをアップにしている。制服は上着を着ずにシャツの第一ボタンを開けている。そしてノーネクタイ。
気分屋でチューナーにキツく当たるなど辛辣な言動を取るため彼女の事を苦手と思うユーザーもいるが、その後ろに見える優しさやツンデレ気味な性格もあり、人気は高い。
現在はまだメインストーリーは公開されていないが、「浅野葉月の願いごと」等といったイベント等で本当の彼女について深く知ることが出来る。
3年の星崎梨花は親友。前述のとおり器楽部には梨花に誘われて入部。

While her personality sometimes causes friction with others, she doesn't let it bother her much. She joined the Instrumental Music Club somewhat casually after being invited by her senior, Rika. However, she finds herself getting surprisingly angry—even to her own surprise—if anyone speaks ill of the club or the instruments. She is the eldest daughter of a prominent, old-fashioned family in the countryside, though it has already been decided that her younger brother will be the heir.
She is considered a great beauty within the club and has a striking figure. She has a beauty mark beneath her left eye and wears her hair in an updo made from braids. Her uniform style involves leaving the top button of her shirt undone, skipping the jacket, and going without a tie.
Because she is capricious and can be sharp-tongued—sometimes lashing out harshly, such as at the tuner—some users find her difficult to deal with. However, she remains highly popular thanks to the kindness visible beneath that exterior and her tsundere (hot-and-cold) personality.
Although the main story featuring her has not yet been released, players can learn more about her true self through events like "Hazuki Asano's Wish."
Rika Hoshizaki, a third-year student, is her best friend; as mentioned earlier, it was Rika who invited her to join the Instrumental Music Club.
