Tifa Lockhart — From Fiction to Real

What if Tifa Lockhart was real?

This LoRA is designed to create a realistic, live-action interpretation of Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII.

The goal wasn't to turn Tifa into a generic realistic woman. The focus was to preserve the recognizable identity and key visual characteristics of the character while translating them into a believable real-world setting.

Video game character → real actress → live-action movie

The images are designed to keep Tifa recognizable while introducing:

• Natural facial features and skin texture

• Realistic hair and clothing

• Believable human proportions

• Cinematic lighting

• Live-action photography

• Realistic environments instead of game-rendered backgrounds

I also focused on finding a balance between LoRA strength and the realism of the base model, avoiding the typical videogame-rendered or overly stylized appearance.

The result is my interpretation of what Tifa could look like in a high-budget live-action Final Fantasy VII adaptation.
