This tool extracts and displays the generation data embedded in images created with ComfyUI. It’s designed to be simple, lightweight, and easy to use.
This is Version 1, so the feature set is currently focused on one main purpose: viewing an image’s embedded generation data.
Right-click copying is not available yet, but you can highlight any text inside the application and press CTRL + C to copy it for easy reuse.

The first launch may take a little longer while the required Python packages are downloaded and installed. After that, the program should launch quickly and be ready to use.
Great for Randomized Generations
I personally use a lot of random wildcards when generating images, which can make it difficult to remember exactly what prompt produced a particular result.
This tool makes it easy to open a randomized image, inspect its embedded generation data, and recover the exact prompt and settings that were used.
If you regularly experiment with wildcards, changing seeds, different samplers, LoRAs, or large batches of generations, having an easy way to inspect the metadata afterward can be extremely useful.

Upcoming: Full Image Gallery & Generation Organizer
This extractor is also a small preview of a much larger project currently in development.
An upcoming application will be a full image gallery and generation organizer designed specifically around managing AI-generated images and ComfyUI workflows.
Rather than simply viewing the metadata from one image, the goal is to make it much easier to manage entire generation libraries.
Planned functionality includes tools for:
Browsing large collections of generated images
Organizing and sorting generations
Viewing embedded ComfyUI metadata directly from the gallery
Searching and filtering images using generation information
Identifying related generations and image families
Managing multiple versions or stages of the same generation
Quickly finding prompts, seeds, models, samplers, and other generation settings
Cleaning up unwanted or redundant generation files
Batch management tools for large image collections
Making it much easier to track how an image progressed through a generation workflow
The overall goal is to create a gallery that understands that AI-generated images are more than just image files—they also contain the prompts, seeds, workflows, models, and generation history that created them.
More functionality is planned as development continues.
Version 1
Since this is V1, don't expect a huge feature set just yet. This release is intentionally simple and focused.
If you primarily want an easy way to inspect and recover the generation data stored inside your ComfyUI images, that's exactly what this version is built to do.
Consider this the beginning of a much larger set of tools for organizing, inspecting, and managing ComfyUI generations.

Launch the EXE.

If you choose to install it anyway than congratulations! You officially have V1. or beta version or whatever you wanna call it.
Drag and Drop image into the top section to see the generation data. Easy as that.
