A LoRA for generating Tyranid Gargoyles as photorealistic, living airborne alien bioforms rather than miniatures or illustrations. The model is trained across single creatures, small groups and flying formations, with strong variation in camera angle, framing, wing position, flight behaviour, environment and lighting.

The learned visual identity centres on a lean chitinous creature with a long horned Tyranid head, membranous bat-like wings, a tapering segmented tail, clawed limbs and, where prompted, a compact bio-organic gun. The dataset includes face-and-wing close-ups, full airborne bodies, side and rear views, steep banking or diving poses, and wider multi-creature scenes across many different worlds.

Primary Trigger

tyranid_gargoyle

Use this as the main concept trigger. It can be combined with ordinary visual descriptors for subject count, camera angle, wing state, flight behaviour, bio-gun visibility and environment.

Useful Prompting Concepts

solo, multiple_creatures, flying, gliding, diving, banking, membranous_wings, spread_wings, swept_back_wings, cranial_horn, open_mouth, fangs, long_tail, bio_gun, front_view, side_view, three-quarter_view, rear_three-quarter_view, from_below, from_above, close-up, full_body, wide_shot, photorealistic

The bio-gun is not compulsory. The dataset deliberately contains both clearly armed examples and images where the weapon is absent, hidden, cropped or unreadable, so prompt it explicitly when you want it emphasised.

For group scenes, multiple_creatures and flying_formation are useful. Reserve swarm or aerial_swarm for genuinely dense masses rather than two or three conveniently adjacent winged horrors.

Showcase Prompts

1. Canyon Attack Run

tyranid_gargoyle, photorealistic, realistic living alien bioform, solo, full_body, low three-quarter view, enormous membranous wings spread edge to edge, pale sinewy body beneath layered black chitin, long cranial horn, open jaws, compact bio_gun tucked beneath the chest, diving rapidly through a narrow sandstone canyon, tail streaming behind, dust vortices rolling from the cliff faces, hard afternoon sunlight, cinematic motion, strong foreshortening

2. Face and Wings Close Pass

tyranid_gargoyle, photorealistic, solo, close-up, front_view, flying directly toward the camera, horned alien skull and open fanged mouth dominating the centre of the frame, long tongue visible, both membranous wings filling the sides of the image, thin reddish veined membranes glowing semi-translucent under strong backlighting, ragged holes in the wing surfaces, compact organic bio_gun beneath the torso, ruined gothic towers blurred through smoke behind

3. Rain-Soaked Coastal Hunter

tyranid_gargoyle, photorealistic, solo, side_view, full_body, flying low above a violent grey ocean, dark wet membranous wings flexing in gale-force wind, horned head snarling into the rain, long segmented tail curved behind, layered chitin shining with water, black sea cliffs and white surf below, sheets of rain crossing the frame, cold storm daylight, cinematic natural creature photography

4. Refinery Attack Formation

tyranid_gargoyle, multiple_creatures, flying_formation, three Tyranid Gargoyles in a tight attack formation, visible bio_gun on each creature, broad dark membranous wings held at different angles, long tails streaming behind, flying between corroded refinery towers and enormous pipework, yellow chemical haze, hot utility lights glowing through vapour, nearest creature sharply detailed with two followers receding through depth, photorealistic grim industrial atmosphere

5. Frozen-World Glide

tyranid_gargoyle, photorealistic, solo, rear_three-quarter_view, full_body, gliding above a fractured glacier field, broad dark leathery wings fully extended, long pale segmented tail trailing across the composition, layered dorsal chitin edged with frost, distant snow-covered mountains and blue ice cliffs, fine blowing snow, diffuse cold overcast daylight, realistic organic anatomy and wing membranes
