Use 'frilled dress' only when the bottom part of the dress would be visible, i.e. cowboy shot and below.
Don't use blue eyes with red eyes (obviously).
Doesn't really need detailing except for hands; high-res fix usually gets rid of artifacts, if any. Only real issues are occasionally buttons melding into the neck ribbon and the frills not being the correct color.
I was able to resolve the latter by putting 'blue frills' in the positive prompt and 'blue shirt' in the negatives.
