プリキュアシリーズ第23作目となる本作は、「探偵」をメインテーマにしつつ、物語の舞台が「1999年」という珍しい設定が特徴です。1999年の世界で探偵を志す少女・小林みくるが、2027年からタイムスリップしてきた明智あんなと運命的に出会い、プリキュア「キュアミスティック」へと覚醒。あんなと共に「キュアット探偵事務所」を立ち上げて探偵として奔走しながら、華麗なる宿敵・怪盗団ファントムとの戦いに挑みます。 スタイリッシュな変身バンクや怪盗団の造形など、洗練されたビジュアル（どこかペルソナ5を彷彿とさせるようなスマートさ）を追求しつつも、キャスト陣に至るまで細心の差別化が図られています。さらに、伸びるアンテナ付きの携帯電話やブラウン管テレビなど、1999年特有のノスタルジックな情景を違和感なくモダンに落とし込んだ、非常に丁寧な作り込みも大きな見どころです。

• The sample images were generated using One obsession Branch (Mature). Because this checkpoint tends to narrow the eyes and emphasize lip detailing, it is recommended to add large expressive to the eye prompt (e.g., large expressive purple eyes with heart highlights) and include (lipstick, lip:1.5) in the negative prompt.

Standing as the 23rd installment of the Precure franchise, this series pairs a captivating detective mystery motif with an unusual time-slip premise set in 1999. Mikuru Kobayashi, an aspiring young detective living in 1999, meets Anna Akechi after the latter travels back in time from the year 2027. Awakening together as Precure, Mikuru transforms into Cure Mystic, establishing the "Cure-at Detective Agency" to take on mysteries while directly confronting the stylish Phantom Thieves. The show shines with exceptionally chic transformation sequences and aesthetics reminiscent of Persona 5, carefully balanced by meticulous directorial choices and voice casting. The late-90s setting is rendered with immersive nostalgic flair—featuring retractable antenna cell phones and CRT televisions—crafted with extraordinary attention to detail.
