I start with a picture of the toy I want. 🎨 A cartoon blonde superhero figurine, hands on hips, standing on a little base, white background — the kind of thing that already looks like it belongs on a shelf. Once that still feels right, I send it into the 3D side of the same graph. 🪄
The image becomes a real object: volume, pose, hair, costume, even the painted look on the surface. 🧸 I spin it around in a viewer, check the back of the hair and the boots, then drop it into Blender to size it like a desk toy. No CAD session — just “does this still look like the character I drew?”
Last stop is the printer. 🖨️ I put her on the bed, slice it, and print in plastic. The colors from the 3D file stay on the screen for now; the physical figure is the shape. Hair and skirt will need a bit of support, then it’s a toy I can hold. ✨
