FrameRush is a cinematic action-focused LoRA for Lighttricks 2.3, designed to push generations toward the look and energy of modern action movies.

It works especially well for high-intensity scenes, dynamic movement, explosions, car chases, combat, motorcycles, tactical characters, dramatic lighting, destruction, and large-scale cinematic shots.

The goal isn't just to make things look "action movie-ish" — FrameRush is meant to help create images that feel like they were pulled straight from a movie still.

I'd start around 0.85 and adjust from there.

Use the native/recommended resolution for your Lighttricks 2.3 workflow.

For more cinematic compositions, I especially recommend experimenting with wider aspect ratios rather than always generating square images.

Prompting

FrameRush works particularly well when you give it something actually happening.

Instead of:

The LoRA can provide the cinematic/action influence, while your prompt tells it what the action actually is.

One of my favorite things to experiment with alongside FrameRush is camera language.

Try terms like:

• low-angle shot

• high-angle shot

• extreme low angle

• wide establishing shot

• close-up

• extreme close-up

• over-the-shoulder shot

For really energetic images, combining dynamic perspective + low angle + motion can produce some great results.

Negative Prompt

A negative prompt isn't necessarily required, but if your workflow uses one, you can try:

blurry, low quality, low detail, flat lighting, boring composition, static pose, bad anatomy, deformed hands, extra fingers, duplicate subjects, distorted face, warped objects, oversaturated, text, watermark, logo

Don't feel like you need to use all of this. Lighttricks 2.3 may already handle many of these issues well.

If you're not sure where to begin, I'd use:

FrameRush: 0.85
Steps: 28
CFG: 5.5
Sampler: Euler
Aspect Ratio: cinematic/widescreen
Prompt: Describe the actual action + environment + camera angle + lighting.

Then adjust the LoRA strength first.

If the result isn't cinematic enough → increase FrameRush.

If the image starts becoming too stylized or chaotic → reduce FrameRush.

For Minimax drop the step count significantly especially if using the Turbo LoRA.

⚡ Best Results

FrameRush tends to shine when you give it motion and visual storytelling.

Think:

ACTION + ENVIRONMENT + CAMERA + LIGHTING

For example:

a female action hero jumping from one rooftop to another, explosions erupting behind her, burning city skyline, low-angle dynamic camera, dramatic backlighting, smoke and debris filling the air, cinematic action movie still

That gives the model a lot more to work with than simply asking for an "action movie style."

You can place it naturally near the beginning of your prompt and then describe the scene you want.

Suggested starting strength: 0.85

The LoRA doesn't need to be used at full strength to have an effect, so experiment between 0.7 and 1.1 depending on how aggressive you want the cinematic influence.
