Tayama 田山 / Yamada 山田 — Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You スーパーの裏でヤニ吸うふたり

The register girl and the smoke-break girl. Same two kanji, swapped.

Character LoRA for the woman at the centre of Jinushi's series — both of her. To Sasaki the salaryman she is two people: Yamada-san the sunny clerk, and Tayama-san the blunt stranger he smokes with out back. Even the names are the gag: 山田 and 田山, two kanji swapped.

One file, two triggers. tayamasuper is the smoker — red hair down, leather jacket, buckled choker, ear piercings, lit cigarette. yamadasuper is the clerk — red apron, red headscarf, hairclip, collared shirt. Both bake the core: red hair, red eyes, short hair. Nothing was left in the captions — each trigger is its appearance block.

Full colour throughout — no greyscale mode to fight.

🧩 Version

• 🔵 v1.0 Anima — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0 (usable range 0.85 – 1.0).

• 🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.

💡 Tips

• The trigger is the costume switch. Pick one and the kit follows. For both of her in one frame, prompt tayamasuper, yamadasuper, 2girls, dual persona, and expect to reroll.

• The cigarette comes free with Tayama. cigarette, smoking, holding cigarette, smoke in the negative puts it out; it bleeds onto Yamada too.

• Keep solo in. Sasaki is in 45% of both sets; without it he wanders into frame.

• Yamada is the thinner half — add sketch, signature to the negative. Her red headscarf half-escaped the bake; prompt it back if a seed drops it.

• Hair length stays steerable despite baked short hair: medium hair, low-tied medium hair, ponytail, hair bun, blunt bangs. Keep large breasts in.
