Marnie Thatch

Meet Marnie Thatch! On the surface, she looks like your typical rustic farm girl, but if you look a little closer, you will notice she is actually a living scarecrow. She comes from a long, proud lineage of agricultural folks who just happen to be stitched together from burlap, stuffed with straw, and topped off with button eyes and mop-yarn pigtails. Her family runs a tight ship on their homestead, and while she is fiercely loyal to her roots, Marnie has way too much personality to just stand still in a cornfield all day.

She is enthusiastic, grounded, and surprisingly adventurous. She has a great balance of practical farm-smart sensibility and bright, curious energy, making her equal parts reliable teammate and unpredictable wild card.

Home life for Marnie is equal parts cozy and chaotic. When she is taking a break from farm chores, she loves the simple pleasures, whether that is curling up in a oversized armchair with a fantasy book, hunting down a slice of cake in town or, to the consternation of her parents, making friends with the neighborhood corvidae. She brings a ton of heart, a bit of quirky humor, and a surprisingly tough fiber to the group.
