Character LoRA for Honami, the lead of the Japanese manga Mankitsu Shitai Jouren-san (まんきつしたい常連さん / Miss Regular Customer Wants to Enjoy). The trigger honamireg carries her whole look — pink wavy hair, blue eyes, and the ahoge. Not one appearance tag was left in her captions, so the trigger is the entire identity block.

She is a two-mode LoRA: color by default, and the manga's own black-and-white line art the moment you add monochrome, greyscale.

🧩 Version

• 🔵 v1.0 Anima — for Anima / Qwen-Image DiT checkpoints. ✅ Works in the Civitai on-site generator. Weight 1.0 (usable range 0.85 – 1.0).

• 🟢 v1.0 Illustrious — for SDXL / Illustrious / Pony / NoobAI checkpoints. Weight 0.85 – 1.0.

• 🟠 Remapped Anima 2.9B — this version is the same LoRA remapped onto the 40-layer Anima-2.9B layout (weight 0.5–0.7, no patch node needed). It is a remap, not a retrain, so there may be issues with the 2.9B version — if there is enough interest I may retrain it natively for 2.9B.

💡 Tips

• monochrome, greyscale is the party trick — it drops her back into the manga's ink and screentone. Leave the two words out and she renders in color. Both modes are trained, on the same trigger.

• Her color mode runs soft. The five volume covers taught the palette and they're watercolor-gentle, so that's the temperament she inherits — muted, warm, painterly rather than hard digital cel.

• Clothing is steerable. Only her face and hair are baked; school uniform is her default from the source, and you can swap it for anything you like without touching the identity.
