As such, any works that could harm or otherwise discomfort any of the above parties will not be tolerated. As part of this stance, we kindly ask that fans avoid the sharing or usage of works with any Umamusume: Pretty Derby elements that meet the following criteria:

1. Works made with the intent to injure the reputation of this franchise or other third parties.
