i think it's less prone to the glitchy background and lookking messed up. but i got the best results on 0.6 strength.

This one was being a true pain trying to get it to learn Altam. I still can't seem to get it to do the armor correctly, but it gets it close enough. As well as keeping his appearance consistent so he can use alternate outfits.
The only other caveats I've seen is that the Lora may drift towards warmer toned composition and I've found putting "warm lighting" in negatives helps keep it from being too orange-y. The background seems to try to stick to being a white/light blue/gradient so you may also want to specify backgrounds.
Finally, I've found most success at 0.6 strength.
This is my second attempt at a Lora. Any suggestions, tips, feedback, or if you are able to get the armor looking correct , please let me know. I am very unfamiliar with all the technical terminology and whatnot, but I've been tweaking a few settings when training.
Tips appreciated for more Lora makin'!
