Paper Memories

Trigger word: PaperDaal

Paper Memories transforms subjects into delicate, half-remembered works of illustrated surrealism. Its visual language blends layered paper, fine filigree, lace, botanical forms, faded ink, antique storybook illustration, and handmade sculpture. Figures and environments often feel caught between presence and disappearance, as though they were carefully constructed by hand and then redrawn from memory after the original had begun to fade.

The LoRA works well across portraits, creatures, objects, interiors, architecture, and narrative scenes. Depending on the prompt, it can produce tactile paper sculpture, ornate fantasy imagery, restrained ink-and-wash illustration, faded watercolor, or more abstract compositions built from curling detail, fragmented surfaces, and negative space.

Paper Memories is useful across a broad range of weights from 0.5 to 1.5, with strong and balanced adherence around 1.0.

  • 0.5 to 0.8: Lighter stylistic influence, with more of the base model’s natural appearance and prompt interpretation preserved

  • 1.0: Recommended starting point, with clear Paper Memories character and strong prompt adherence

  • 1.1 to 1.3: More pronounced paper, filigree, botanical, and illustrative qualities

  • 1.4 to 1.5: Stronger abstraction, ornament, fragmentation, and transformation of the original subject

Lower strengths tend to preserve conventional anatomy, materials, and realism. Higher strengths increasingly reinterpret the image through the LoRA’s handmade, illustrated, and dreamlike visual language.

Prompting

Include the trigger word:

PaperDaal

The LoRA responds well to both simple and descriptive prompts. Minimal prompts allow it to contribute more of its own visual character, while detailed prompts can guide its materials, composition, color palette, subject, and degree of abstraction.

Example:

PaperDaal, a solitary forest spirit wearing a ceremonial dress, delicate filigree, pressed flowers, faded ink, soft directional light, quiet storybook atmosphere

It can also be combined with terms such as:

paper sculpture, filigree, botanical, lace, faded illustration, ink drawing, watercolor, storybook, ornamental, ethereal, melancholic, mixed media, surrealism
