This is a LoRA model of Sazaki Kaoruko (Gyanko) from GUNDAM BUILD FIGHTERS TRY, optimized for ANIMA.

She is the younger sister of Susumu Sazaki from the previous season, appearing in this second installment of the Gunpla Battle franchise.
