Depending on how intense you want the effect, between .7 and 1 is recommended for strength. The primary trigger word is TechnoGlass, which can be put in front of an object to indicate it should be made of glass lined with circuits. Along with this prompting a color + glass (blue glass, cyan glass, red glass, orange glass, etc) and silver circuits, gold circuits, or copper circuits should let you customize the effect further.
