This LoRA tries to imitate Otta's artstyle. At least I think that's their name, I couldn't find an "official" transliteration. Actually, I didn't find much beyond their pixiv account...

The trigger is by otta.

Given it's provenance, you'd expect this dataset was censored, and rightly so. Use negatives if you wish to follow the path of the gooner.
