Arguably the easiest/hardest LoRA I've had to train of the MSH bunch given how little screentime he had.

Recommended Illustrious parameters: 20-25 steps, Euler a/Automatic (or DPM++ 2M/Karras)
Recommended Anima parameters: 20-30 steps, ER SDE/Simple
Upscaled with 4x-Ultrasharp; Adetailer also recommended!
For Illustrious, I suggest playing around with the tags 1990s (style), retro artstyle, anime screenshot, and anime coloring to generate results closer to the OVA's art style
