Varesa is an unforgettable, character-rich fighter whose design packs in an abundance of distinctive traits: bovine horns, cow ears, and tail, long braided twintails, a wrestler-inspired ensemble featuring an exposed cropped bustier beneath an oversized knit bolero, and striking asymmetric legwear. On a personal note, her Japanese voice actress also famously voices a certain ravenous, big-eater princess from another major title—and seeing Varesa herself thoroughly embrace a gluttonous big-eater trait in-game made that clever voice-cast parallel an absolute delight that left a lasting impression.
