Blaire from the video game River City Girls 2 (2022), a side-scrolling beat ’em up where Misako, Kyoko, Kunio, Riki, Marian, and Provie fight through River City after the crime boss Sabu returns and the Sanwakai takes over the town, they are one of the major bosses hired by the Sanwakai and are known as the witch of Flatirons. Blaire lives around the haunted Flatirons area and is fought at their tree near the graveyard, using magic-based attacks and spells instead of regular street-fighting techniques. Their background connects them to stage magic and fortune telling, since their father was a stage magician and their mother was a fortune teller, and after their father vanished during a trick gone wrong, Blaire avoided being sent away by setting up shop in Flatirons to sell potions and spells. In the story, Blaire works for the Sanwakai by casting spells on targets they choose and is responsible for brainwashing Marian, making them one of the supernatural obstacles the heroes must defeat while taking back River City.
