This model is my personal visual experiment – an attempt to see if the aesthetics of classical art heritage can be woven into the digital world of SDXL. I decided to share the results with the community so we can explore where this direction might lead together.

My goal was to gather and balance the distinct signatures of several masters whose approaches to light, form, and atmosphere have always inspired me:

  • Caravaggio: For that dramatic, single light source from the top-left, deep shadows, and theatrical contrast.

  • Rubens: For the swirling motion, dynamic energy, and the fluid flow of fabric and hair.

  • Rembrandt: For the warm, golden highlights on skin and metal, dissolving into deep brown tones.

  • Michelangelo: For the sculpted, heroic anatomy and precise, elegant classical posturing.

  • Beksiński: For his specific surreal atmosphere and the haunting beauty of dreamlike, mystical dread.

  • Friedrich: For the solitary figure set within vast landscapes and a sense of monumental silence.

  • Sargent: For the luminous, "wet" textures, glossy highlights, and soft reflections.

  • Frazetta: For the raw muscular energy and untamed, primal power within the characters.

Behind this trial are many hours of trial and error, running through just over 10,000 training steps (using Juggernaut XL as the base). I simply wanted to see if the digital pixel could break away from its flat, software look and inherit some of the tactile density found in an oil canvas.

The model is still very much an experiment, but if the visual outcomes resonate with you and inspire your own projects, a symbolic token of support—even just a coffee—would be a wonderful sign that this path is worth pursuing and developing further.

A few tips from my testing so far:

  • Trigger word: TOT

  • Base model: Juggernaut XL

  • Prompt keywords that work well here: extreme chiaroscuro, atmospheric shadows, thick oil impasto painting, dramatic lighting

I'd love to see what you manage to create with it. Feel free to share your generations!
