This is a 50/50 merge model of Onigiri Mix - v1.0 and ToonYou - Beta3.

In essence, when making this I was curious as to the effect of mixing two very different styles and whether the resulting model would be cursed, but in fact it turned out quite well (in my opinion), since Onigiri softened out the very toon-esque faces of ToonYou while ToonYou gave a bit more realism to the very Chibi-esque art of base Onigiri.

Recommendations:

VAE: (Baked in)
CFG scale: 5 - 9
Resolution ratio: 1x1.5 (e.g. 512x768) for solo character work, 1x1 (e.g. 768x768) for >2 characters, 2:1 (e.g. 1024x512) for landscapes, etc
Hi res: I usually upscale, but given the cartoonish aesthetic of Onitoon and its parents, it's probably not critical to do.

Miscellaneous: ADetailer for aesthetic faces is recommended, but not as critical for this model as for some others.

Strengths:

Kawaii characters, bright relatively simple backgrounds

Weaknesses:

I suspect the style range (e.g. Trying to prompt for 'realistic' or 'retro') may be more limited than some models, given the very strong individual styles of the parents.

Conclusions:

Use this model if you would like cutesy illustrations with clean lines.
