Snow is the princess of Lestava and one of the main characters on Ginta's team. She was sealed inside a massive block of ice for several years on the orders of the Queen (Diana), leaving her in a state of hibernation. She is a very powerful witch specializing in ice and snow magic. She has a kind, sweet, and somewhat shy nature, but she also displays great courage in battle.

Koyuki is Ginta's best friend in Tokyo, Japan, where she goes to Ginta's school. She is the only person who believed his stories of MÄR-Heaven before he went there himself.
