After AN ENTIRE YEAR (sorry if any of you were waiting), I decided to make another model. Since no one else has done it (and probably wouldn't since she's fron TOA and not kingdom), I chose Neon Danish Cookie.
The reference images I could find for her were pretty scarce, expect inaccuracy or wonky results. Or don't. I dunno, anymore.
