The witch from the episode The Crystal Ball, known as Suishou no tama in Grimm's Fairy Tale Classics, aka Grimm Masterpiece Theater, or グリム名作劇場 Gurimu Meisaku Gekijō in Japan. I'll give you the character/episode breakdown, then talk about the character/lora and prompts. If you were around in '89, '90, you maybe remember this one, you can still find most of the episodes out there on Youtube and occasionally it comes around again on Amazon Prime.

So let me be honest, I'm a little leery of this lora yet. There's not alot of variety in the samples IMO, although I thought it'd be fun to try to get her hag form in there with her beautiful form, we'll see if I managed it.

Hagform works great actually! Good to know I can make that work, also taught me fun with butterfaces, I'll share with ya the mechanics of that in a minute, but first, this episode.

You can find it in English and Japanese on youtube, apparently it never aired in the US. I think the reason why being although you can't see details, when the witch drains the princesses youth its still fairly disturbing. But aside from that, I think its because its such a lopsided episode, it needed at least another good 5 minutes to make sense, I don't know where they could have cut except for the monster fight. It has some cool moments, but you'll see what I mean when I try to lay this synopsis on you. Oh, and I recommend watching the Japanese, that has the much needed context that the witch is not their real mother, which is a huge deal and got totally lost in the English dub. (in the original fairy tale, she IS their mother, so pick which you like).

Why'd I do this one? These are easier for me than my OCs, and you'd be surprised how fast I started running out of evil mature characters in Grimms Fairy Tale Theater, lot of the others just don't get the screen time or angles, but the witch in her beautiful form in crystal orb has one of the best designs.

Ok, so, our main son is woken up in the middle of the night by some LOUD chanting and ranting. His mom (or not his mom, depending on what you're into), is an UGLY witch as these go, and you gotta understand, I have low standards. You could land an airplane on that nose. Her gig is, she reaches through this mirror, grabs this beautiful princess (one of the better princesses in GFTT, because they have a tendency to look pretty Ghibli) and youth drains her in a sequence thats pretty offputting. The upshot to this is our witch here who coulda really stopped a clock with that face turns into a statuesque aloof ice queen mama!

She overhears her son eavesdropping, son tries to warn his brothers, who are too incredulous and dumb. Witch comes to check on them doing the demure upper class mom thing, son tries to play it off like it was a dream, but the dumb brothers repeat the accusation, and witch rather than playing it off immediately goes ape and reveals herself (hey, we're already down to 15 minutes left to wrap this up). The brothers try to escape but one gets turned into an eagle and the other a whale. This is actually a cool sequence, GFTT usually makes their witches fairly impressive, and we get alot of shots of her in the sky raining down magical irony and Freddy Krueger puns on the brothers.

Single and ready to mingle again? Its looking that way for our heroine! I say you don't put in 16 years or so x 3 and just toss it that fast, but maybe she was just looking for an excuse and didn't need the house cleaning help that bad.

Our main son runs off to find the princess, who tells him he needs to find a magic orb. He goes, fights a dragon/minotaur/giant sort of monster in one of the longer fights I can remember, grabs the orb, and, then we get something that's kind of a cross between when Rodimus opens up the Matrix in the Transformers movie and when the bad guys get melted near the end of Raiders of the Lost Ark. Princess gets rescued (animal brothers help), witch melts, they marry, yada yada, you know the drill. Thats really the whole episode, I know others aren't necessarily that complex, but you need a meaty middle in GFTT episodes to really make them feel lived in and they didn't have time for that.

We've got 31 references here, 9 of which are the ugly witch. The problem with these is in both forms she spends most of the episode in the same candle lit chamber kind of expositing and pulling a Mumm-Ra, so if you want variety, I think you'll have to order or lay on prompts or use some extra loras, but we'll see. Another problem is her hair appears to be a different color depending on the light in her beautiful form, it appears to be a dark brown but with the magic and light it might be red or even pink. So I say, either see what it comes up with or pick your favorite.

And in grand tradition of these, she's got dark, dark blue eyes, but as she's in shadow so much, you may as well just go with black.

For her default beautiful look: mature face, long hair, lipstick, dark brown hair, (or dark red hair, or dark pink hair), lipstick, dark blue eyes (or black eyes), dress, or a robe.

For her haggy witch look, try keyword Su1h@gf0rm, dark-skinned female, long grey hair, long nose, claws, fangs, robe, beady black eyes. (her witch form is so ugly autotagging swore it was a guy)

I'm still learning multi character/form loras, so hopefully this goes to plan, if you're getting like half and half, maybe neg out those things.

I AM still learning multi character, but this definitely works, and I was able to gen the witch how I wanted, and an excellent half and half with no troubles and a bit of sensible negging
