To recreate her canon looks, add "china dress, jacket on shoulders" to the prompt. Otherwise, this model works reasonably well with clothing LoRAs. You can lower the weight to 0.8-0.9 when combining with clothing LoRAs. Otherwise, it is fine to keep it 1.0 to let the unique style shows through.
