There are two main poses you can assume: a kneeling position on one knee, or a standing position with both knees bent.
The hand opposite 'the hand hitting the ground' is random. If you increase the weight, it may hit the ground with both hands; to prevent this, please tag the pose of the other hand as well, such as 'one hand on waist'. Conversely, you can add 'fists on ground' to have both hands hit the ground.
This training focused solely on the "pose," and other effects, such as the ground splitting or shockwaves, will vary significantly depending on the tags and checkpoints. If necessary, please combine this with other effect Loras.
