Topman Warcury - トップマン・ウォーキュリー聖 - "Godhead of Justice" - Five Elders/Gorōsei - 五老星 (One Piece)

A character LoRa for Topman Warcury from One Piece. He is one of the Five Elders of World Govt. appearing first in Episode 151 "The 100,000,000 Man! The World's Highest Authority and the Pirate Blackbeard" of the anime. Trained with images from different artists and a few screencaps from different story arcs (the Five Elders only appear in a few episodes previous to Episode 1000 showing them at their residence in Mary Joa). This was a request by @yoden22.
