Linda, Tine's Substitute character from Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War.
As per usual for the substitutes, I've rolled multiple designs into a single LoRA, covering multiple bases due to the lack of a single 'primary' design. Probably one of the hardest ones to do that with, as for whatever reason her Mage Fighter outfit tends to be... ornery.
