⚠️ DISCLAIMER:
This is NOT the “perfect” anime ➜ real workflow — it’s simply me pushing the limits of what Zimage ControlNet can do right now. Without a proper Zimage Edit model release, this will most likely be the final update for this workflow. I am more like testing the upper limit of Zimage without using any Edit models.

That said… I’ll be working on a true anime ➜ real pipeline using my Flux.2 Klein model 👀so stay tuned.

This workflow is designed to transform anime-style images into high-quality, photorealistic outputs while preserving the original composition, character identity, and mood.

Unlike simple style transfer, this pipeline focuses on reconstructing realistic facial structure, skin texture, lighting, and material details from stylized inputs. The goal is not just realism—but believable photography.

• Character Preservation
  Maintains pose, framing, and key identity traits from the original anime image.

• Photorealistic Skin & Lighting
  Rebuilds natural skin tones, micro-textures, and physically plausible lighting.

• Controlled Stylization Balance
  Reduces anime artifacts (flat shading, linework) while avoiding overcorrection or distortion.

• High-Resolution Friendly
  Works well with upscaling pipelines for clean, detailed final outputs.

This workflow also integrates Florence 2 for automatic prompt detection, along with Zimage Turbo ControlNet to preserve pose and composition. The settings are carefully tuned—please try to keep them unchanged, as they’ve been optimized over 3 sleepless days and nights to achieve a balanced result.

The workflow is compatible with all Moody Zimage Turbo and distilled models. All demo images were generated using Moody Porn V10 DPO.

风格平衡控制
减少动漫特有的痕迹（如平涂、线稿），同时避免过度修正或形变。

高分辨率友好
兼容放大流程，能够输出干净且细节丰富的最终图像。

该工作流还集成了 Florence 2 用于自动提示词识别，并结合 Zimage Turbo ControlNet 来保持姿势与构图一致。所有参数均经过多轮精细调校（我测试+微调了三天三夜了，您就别折腾了，坏了又来跟我抱怨），请尽量保持默认设置不变，以获得最佳平衡效果。

该工作流兼容所有 Moody Zimage Turbo 及蒸馏模型。所有演示图片均使用 Moody Porn V10 DPO 生成。
