Idira the psyker from the Rogue Trader computer game who's as sassy as she is dangerous. For her in-game outfit "armor,breastplate,green pants,boots,very short hair". Skin darkening prompts/loras/embeddings are recommended.

So far haven't been able to get her head cables in well on a 1.5 based model. You can try "cables in head" but use at your own risk.
