Rick, Binky and Iggy (Camp Candy)

Here come the three main boys from an old cartoon called Camp Candy:

Rick (the jokester and prankster boy with blond hair)
Iggy (the oldest boy with glasses and a more timid boy)

Camp Candy was a late 80s, early 90s cartoon that aired on NBC and later on other channels such as Fox Family. It featured late Canadian comedian John Candy as the main focus.
