Tow Truck Tina from the Home Movies episode "Everybody's Entitled to My Opinion"
You can't imagine how many times I've.... you know.
Came out better than I expected, considering how low quality the animation is, and how little screen time she actually has. Was from the last season, when they were no longer doing the squiggly line animation.
