Lord X from the Sonic PC port, made as a request, felt like it'd be interesting to do.
Mostly trained off of Lord X's main design, can do a few of the Sinister Mind designs, albeit inconsistent. If you'd like to see a more fleshed out version for the other designs, let me know!
